Please call 403-255-5577 to register your child in one of our programs.
To complete the registration package you will need to provide the following information:
- Your contact information
- Your child’s birth certificate
- If your child was not born in Canada, please provide a copy of Permanent Residence/Landed Immigrant status/Child of a Canadian Citizen
- Your child’s vaccination record
- Your childs Alberta Healthcare number
- Whether your child has a disability, and what that disability is
- If your child is in the care of a therapist, the name of the therapist, when your child was seen by their therapist, and where
- Non-refundable $40 registration fee
